Action for Happiness are an online group that seems to promote well-being and self-care. They centred their ethos around being active and using compassion and mindfulness to help build a happier and more caring society. Every month they produce the calendar below and you can get free updates and reminders from them. They also run online sessions such as How To Be Happier and Reducing Stress (both are running this month).
